Service Description
A welcoming weekly art experience for young artists ages 9–13! Led by professional artist Angel Lowden, Pre-Teen Art Club gives students the opportunity to explore the art styles and mediums that interest them most while receiving individualized instruction and guidance. Rather than following a single predetermined project, students are encouraged to develop their own interests, experiment with different techniques, and grow their skills and confidence in a supportive, low-pressure environment. No prior art experience is required, and all skill levels are welcome. Class size is limited to just four students per session to allow for personalized instruction. Weekly registration is $100 per two-hour session. Monthly enrollment is also available, with a $50 discount during four-session months. Monthly enrollment guarantees your student's space for the entire month.

Cancellation Policy
Pre-Teen Art Club is limited to four students per class. Registration is available weekly at $100 per two-hour session or through monthly enrollment at $350 for four sessions. Monthly enrollment reserves the student’s selected Wednesday class time for all four included sessions. In months with a fifth Wednesday, that additional class is not included and will be billed separately at the regular $100 rate. All payments are due at booking and are non-refundable. Because each registration reserves one of a limited number of spaces, refunds are not provided for student absences, vacations, scheduling conflicts, cancellations, or missed classes. Extenuating circumstances may be considered by The Creative Chapter management on a case-by-case basis, but refunds, credits, transfers, or other accommodations are not guaranteed. Make-up opportunities may be considered when space is available. Approved make-ups may be used during the following month when the family registers on a weekly, pay-per-session basis, with the approved class credited toward that registration. Make-up spaces are not guaranteed. If a class is canceled due to instructor absence or by The Creative Chapter, affected families will receive a credit toward a future Pre-Teen Art Club session. Registrations are non-transferable and apply only to the registered student and selected class time. Changes are subject to availability and management approval. Parents and guardians are encouraged to remain on-site during class unless other arrangements are approved in advance. The Creative Chapter and host location are not responsible for supervision before or after the scheduled class. Students may use scissors, paints, adhesives, and other age-appropriate art materials. Parents acknowledge the ordinary risks associated with art activities. Students are expected to follow instructor directions and behave respectfully. Participation may be discontinued if behavior creates a safety concern or substantially disrupts the class. By registering, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to these policies.
